課程概述	本課程是要探討自我知識的主要特性。修課同學不須具備相關背景知識。我們將討論下列議題：我如何知道自己正在想什麼或感覺到什麼？自我知識是否與關於外在世界的經驗知識有本質上的不同？自我知識與自我意識的關係是什麼？我們會深入探究幾個關於自我知識的哲學理論，如：親知理論、內在感官理論、與理性論。我們也會討論關於自我意識的各種不同主張。
課程目標	本課程有三項目標：第一，對自我知識的本質能有基本的瞭解。第二，學習如何仔細閱讀哲學作品，並練習使寫作更為清晰。第三，對於一些重要議題能發展出自己的想法。
課程要求	1. 學生除了得花功夫研讀困難的哲學作品，在上課時參與討論，評估各種立場的論證，也需要在作業中提出自己的觀點，並加以辯護。 2. 本課程參與100學年第2學期開放式課程(OCW)，將會全程錄影。
